Active ingredients:
contains 125 g/L fluopyram + 375 g/L pyrimethanil
Group 7 (fluopyram) and Group 9 (pyrimethanil)
Mode of action:
Fluopyram: is a Succinate Dehydrogenase Inhibitor (SDHI) which means it breaks the respiration chain in the Mitochondria of the fungus cell by blocking its energy production.
Pyrimethanil: inhibits methionine biosynthesis, thus affecting protein formation and subsequent cell division. Pyrimethanil works best on young fungus infestations
Features:
- New Chemistry: The novel active ingredient fluopyram delivers exceptional control of fungal strains that have developed resistance.
- Systemic movement (translaminar & acropetal) and uniform uptake after application enables the product to protect from latent diseases which can harm the quality of the crop after harvest.
package:
- 500 cm
Recommendations in Egypt:
| PHI | Rate of Application | Pest | Crop |
| 10 Days | 75 ml/hl | Early blight | Potatoes |
| 7 Days | 120 ml/hl | Botrytis | Strawberry |
Uses in other countries:
Strawberries: excellent protection against grey mould and powdery mildew. It also provides post-harvest protection from latent disease.
Potatoes: excellent leaf spot (early blight and brown leaf spot) protection, including against strains with reduced sensitivity to Group 11 fungicides. It also protects against white mould and black dot.
Onions: it works systemically to protect against botrytis leaf blight, purple blotch and stemphylium leaf blight.
Apples: controls leaf scab (including resistant strains), while providing protection against powdery mildew in the same application.
Tomatoes: protects against early blight and septoria
